Breakfast & After School Club

After School Club at OPJS
 

We are proud to have both a Breakfast and After School Club at OPJS to help and support parents and carers.
 

Breakfast Club:

  • Monday - Friday 7.30am-8.30am

  • Cost: £6 per session

  • Healthy breakfast snack

After School Club

  • Monday - Thursday 3.25pm – 6.00 pm.

  • Cost: £15 per session

  • Fantastic indoor and outdoor facilities.

  • Child centred play setting.

  • Non curriculum based learning and play.

  • Healthy afternoon snack.

The club is managed and run by Lia Billimore who is assisted by our experienced teaching assistants and play workers.

Here is some important information on how to book:-

  • All bookings are to be made through the Arbor Parent App or Parent Portal.

  • Payments for wraparound care will also be managed through Arbor.

  • To add payments, please use the following steps:-

1. In the browser:

Student profile > Accounts (All Students) > Wraparound Care > Top Up Account > Amount > Make Payment

2. In the App:

Clubs > Click on the relevant club > Top up Account > Amount > Make Payment

Childcare Vouchers

In the first instance, if you haven’t already done so, then you will need to register with the voucher provider (we are Oldfield Park Junior School and not Oldfield Park Play).

We then ask that you let us know the amounts and dates each time payments are requested from your childcare provider and on the first occasion, please let us know the relevant reference number as well.

On receipt of the advice that funds are available, we will then add these to your wraparound care ‘account’ in Arbor.

We recognise that with childcare vouchers, funds are sometimes delayed and so Arbor has built in the ability for us to ‘key an override’ to enable you to make bookings before the voucher payments reach us.
